We were delighted to be upgraded to the 63rd floor which has remarkable views of the harbour and many of Singapore's main tourist attractions. Our suite had everything we needed and more. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast catered for all nationalities with a massive amount of food to select from which was fresh and delicious.

The room was very nice but the breakfast was dissapointing, because there were very limited options for vegan/vegetarian food.

I stay here for 3 nights. The lady's reception the name's Kim very friendly staff. She upgrade me to get beautiful view at #1355. Thank you kim. This is 3rd times I stayed at this hotel but the service is still the same but with the new room facilities with modern hotel. The room very comfortable if you stay with your family. The location very good location. Very recommende hotel to stay at Singapore city centre. Any price any good quality and service 👌.

centrally located, within walking distance of all the attractions. We had a Bay View room and had the most amazing view of the Bay, looking over to Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Massive shopping centre under the hotel.

Great view, hot stuffy room, overpriced, malfunctioning room keys, very helpful staff. Stayed here before a few times but this was the worst.
